Low-pressure cast wheels rely on liquid A356.2 aluminum pouring into a steel mold, which inherently produces microscopic dendrite porosity. In contrast, 6061-T6 forged wheels originate from solid aerospace aluminum billets pressed under 10,000 tons of hydraulic pressure. This aligns the metallic grain structure along the radial axis, providing up to 300% higher tensile strength and elongation, allowing thinner spokes and reduced unsprung mass at high diameter configurations (22-inch).

For monoblock 6061-T6 forged wheels, our factory MOQ starts at just 4 pieces (1 vehicle set) for bespoke private-label configurations, because our CNC production does not require expensive mold creation. For volume-cast alloy runs requiring dedicated steel molds, the typical production batch MOQ is 60 to 100 units per mold configuration.

During Phase I engineering, our team utilizes exact 3D caliper profiles from Brembo, Akebono, and OEM supercar/SUV brake systems. Our CNC toolpath coordinates offset (ET), hub pad thickness, back-pocketing, and drop-center placement to guarantee generous radial and spoke-face clearance without needing aftermarket hub-spacers.

All finishes undergo a rigorous 14-stage chemical pre-treatment and degreasing sequence prior to powder priming, base coating, and UV-resistant clear lacquering. Finished batches are subjected to a minimum 1,000-hour neutral salt spray (NSS) test and copper-accelerated acetic acid salt spray (CASS) validation in accordance with ISO 9227 and ASTM B117 international protocols.
